Due to this, the staff also wants to trust the Employer and become more diligent at work.

3. More specialized talents –
Through this specialization, you can have many people to work for your company who is more eligible. Since they don’t have to commute, they can balance their work and their other needs and be fulfilling for your company. Due to the ease of being behind the eyes of the boss, many employees will try to escape and not submit productive work.
As they will not sit in the office, they will skip the work due to human psychology.

3. More Initial Costs involved –
There will be many costs involved initially to work from home. You have to purchase your laptop, mobile, and other types of equipment. Many people may not be able to continue working since they cannot afford these facilities.

4. Poor Internet Connection –
There are many inaccessible areas where the internet does not provide the necessary speed. In such cases, there will be problems to balance the workload.

Hence, we see that the work from home setup has pros and cons. Working from home has become a boon for a few people as they can handle multiple tasks together. But the beginners missed their offices as they couldn’t get support and learnings from their seniors.
